The MTe Solutions Smart 22KW charging station is manufactured in Europe. This charging station can be connected to both 1-phase and 3-phase connections. Depending on the ampere, charging speeds of 3.7 kW up to as much as 22kW are possible. This means that fast charging of up to 22kW is possible. To use fast charging at 22kW, a 3-phase connection with 32 amps is required.
The MTe Solutions line offers Dynamic Load Balancing to ensure that power consumption for charging stays within the available capacity of your power connection. This prevents overloading your connection, so the fuses will never blow, and it prevents peak charges: the Smart series avoids charging sessions during periods when your consumption is already high, minimising a high energy bill.
This variant of the MTe Solutions line does not have its own fixed charging cable, but a socket. The socket fits the standard European connection (type 2) for electric cars.
This charging station from MTe Solutions is made of ABS, sturdy and hard plastic (polycarbonate), a lightweight and durable material, in light grey (RAL7035). The IP54 and IK07 protection classes the charging station has received are proof of its durability. IP54 means that the charging station is waterproof enough to withstand rainy weather conditions. IK07 means the charging station can withstand shocks and impacts of up to 5 joules. In other words, your MTe Solutions charging station will last for years.
The Smart series is manufactured in Europe and is full of durable materials. As an example, the controller (the most important component in a charging station) is a full premium electronic component and not a circuit board (which are known to break down quickly).
All MTe charging stations can receive power from the regular grid and from solar panels.
With the Smart series, you also have the option of placing a beautiful metal design cover over your device. The covers are currently available in black and in white a are available separately.
